Across the world to Tokyo, Japan, That is a so fantastic trip for Lindsay Lohan. She is back in United States, and lilo was spotted at the FEARnet 2nd Anniversary Party held at the Cellar Bar in the Bryant Park Hotel in New York City last night on October 30.

The “Georgia Rule” b4b3, Lohan looked s3xy as she posed on the red carpet, a pair of black high-heeled ankle boots and sporting a short-sleeved v-neck black dress with black stockings.

Lindsay Lohan has also been spotted riding the subway all over town with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson, while staying in the Big Apple, as the two stopped off in Soho to buy some deejay equipment before hitting up a few other stores.

In a recent interview w/ the Girls Gone Wild mogu,l Tyra Banks, stated, “Samantha is very jealous. Samantha tried to start a fight with me. I care about Lindsay - she’s not gay. She’s being controlled by this wretched woman, this Samantha.” Meanwhile Lohan certainly loves Samantha Ronson, Joe Francis her buddy sure doesn’t.

There is one thing that might bring back Lindsay Lohan’s appetite – Lohan's dad apologized for attacking Lindsay Lohan’ gal pal Samantha Ronson – her Dad previously called her ‘hideous and bad influence’.

Lindsay Lohan launched a leggings line named "6126", Li Lo chose "6126" as Lohan's brand name bcuz it represents Marilyn Monroe's birth date.

She launched Lindsay's own brand development firm called "Stay Gold", which will focus on launching a lower-priced line of leggings, It is creating a natural self tanner, and it is creating an accessories line. The natural self-tanning lotion and the lower-priced leggings are due out Spring 2009, and the moderate-priced accesories will follow in Fall 2009.

Also, she will launch Lindsay Lohan's own perfume line, but it's still in its early stages, Lindsay Lohan tells Britain's The Sunday Times magazine she's "sorta (sic) been experimenting" with different scents, but has come up with "this oil that I made up myself".

What's Lindsay Lohan's character like on "UGLY BETTY"?

Does Lindsay Lohan play like a a mean girl or nice girl? I really like Li Lo and I think she's a great actress in spite of what a lot people think. That last movie Lohan did was pretty bad though. I don't blame her, I think it was just a horrible plot. Li Lo is so pretty and I'm so proud of her for getting herself back together especially as a recovering alcoholic/addict myself.

Should I give "Ugly Betty" a chance? Will Lindsay's character be a regular now?

I hate the fact that they are letting Lindsay Lohan be on ugly betty. I don't like it at all. Lindsay Lohan is going to try and hurt betty like alot of ppl . I hope betty slaps the p*ss out of her if LiLo tries to move in on bettys territory .

I'd say give the show a chance.

It's hard to say what Lohan's character is like at this point. Lindsay Lohan was introduced at the end of season 2 as someone who went to high school with Betty and bullied her. She seems mean at the beginning of season 3, but reveals she's merely upset because her life pretty much ended after high school. She's supposed to be in tonight's episode, so I guess we'll have to see.

By the way... 'Ugly Betty' loses Lindsay Lohan :(. Lindsay Lohan's guest-starring stint on "Ugly Betty" has been trimmed from six episodes to four. Everyone seems to agree on that. Why?

Firstly, from the pro-"Betty" side. "It was a mess," a "production source" tells the New York Post's Page Six. "Lindsay would show up every day with an entourage of people." And Lindsay Lohan's dressing room was in such poor shape that it had to be repainted.

A source claims Lohan refused to be on set until after America Ferrera, or Ferrera was already there, and when they rehearsed a scene from Thursday's (Oct. 23) episode, titled "Granny Pants," in which Ferrera's Betty de-pantses Lohan's character, "she wasn't wearing any underwear."

Not so, claims a Li Lo defender. Lindsay Lohan was, in fact, wearing a G-string in the aforementioned scene, and didn't think America Ferrera was going to pull her pants down in the rehearsal. "But she did," the "Lohan pal" says. "Lindsay was so embarrassed, she started crying."

Then, as for the entourage claims, the friend told Page Six that Lohan's "sober companion," assistant and manager were on set, along with girlfriend Samantha Ronson, and that her publicist showed up a handful of times too. The dressing room was also used by cast members of the Fox show "Fringe," ''so maybe they messed it up."

Lindsay Lohan is sued by three men

The Court records show that three men who claim they were in a sport utility vehicle that Lohan commandeered in July 2007 sued the Lindsay Lohan last week. Their allegations include battery, false imprisonment and that Li Lo was negligent when Lohan allegedly took over an SUV belonging to one of the men to chase her recently fired assistant.

That chase ended when the assistant's mother called police because she was being followed and led Lohan toward a police station. Officers suspected Lohan was drunk and arrested her.

Lindsay Lohan's attorney, Ed McPherson, called the lawsuit "absurd."

Her Attorey claimed the three men were having fun during the chase and questioned why 3 men waited more than a year to file suit. "It just doesn't make sense," McPherson said. "They had ample opportunity to get out of the car." "It's three guys who want to get a lot of headlines," "and want to make some money."

An attorney for 3 men, identified as Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro, had said last year he hoped to avoid filing a lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan. McPherson said there were some early talks, but no settlement was reached.

LiLo have a plan for Halloween by using dress up as Sarah Palin as the Republican vice presidential candidate for Halloween!

According to A source, pals of the actress, Lindsay Lohan's costume will include the glasses, the perky red suit and ample cleavage, reports the New York Daily News. What’s more, Li Lo’s gal pal Samantha Ronson is considering dressing as Sarah Palin’s hubby, Todd, to complete the package.

Meanwhile, This week Li Lo was in New York to launch Lohan's new clothing line, 6126, named after Marilyn Monroe's birth date. She wrote on her MySpace blog, "I love to wear leggings, so it should come as no surprise that my first venture into the world of fashion design is with leggings." Lindsay Lohan says she named it after Monroe because "to me she represents timeless, confident glam and that is the voice of this brand."

Btw, Madonna said, "I say something about her every night. I'm on a Sarah Palin rampage." She has been making headlines for Madonna's on-stage banter about Sarah Palin as Republican vice presidential candidate.

It is hard to tell if he's homophobic, but he is definitely a control freak. I think Lindsay Lohan's dad mouthing off because Samantha Ronson has replaced him as the person Lindsay relies on most - and He is not coping with it!

Lindsay Lohan Dad said some horrible things about Samantha Ronson, yet, if you look at Lindsay's track record, she's settled down so much since she's been with Sam. I don't think anyone would ever be good enough for Lindsay in her dad's eyes but I suspect there is an element of homophobia involved as well.
